These are the private home recordings. Some come from low-fi "workshop" cassette tapes, such as Lucinda and Blood of the Lamb recorded in Road Town, British Virgin Islands in 2001, while others rework material from those tapes, such as Over the Bridge and Higher and Higher. There are also some digitally-manipulated soundscapes -- mostly from St. Thomas in 2004-2006. Several tracks blend found-sounds -- such as the answering machine tape I found on the street on my first visit to New York that turned into the Inward for Brass track.
